Bacon Ranch Monkey Bread Recipe

Hey guys, as I am often asked to bring food for impromptu potlucks or holiday feasts in the emergency room, I thought I would share one of my favorite recipes.  Here is one of my easy go to dishes that I can throw together quickly, then run off take a quick shower, and then pull it out of the oven just in time to make it to work.  It is super easy and fast and everyone loves it. This is my take on the “monkey pull-apart cinnamon bread” but it is not sweet, as I often work nights we, the night shift crew, do not often want a breakfast or sweet bread to eat in the middle of our shift. This bread is also fabulous for game days and for sitting around watching TV. Read the recipe or watch step by step as I make this delicious bread in the video below.

Bacon Ranch Monkey Bread Recipe:

1 can of Pillsbury grands biscuits

1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Seasoning

1 jar of real bacon bits

1 package of parmesan cheese

1 package mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 stick of butter

1 Bundt pan

1 jar ranch dressing or chipotle dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, butter Bundt cake pan. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and add to large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add to pan and bake for 25 minutes or until biscuits are well cooked in center.  Once cool flip over pain onto serving dish and add small bowl of ranch or chipotle dressing in center of bread.

Hope ya’ll enjoy it as much as my family and co-workers do!!
