And this week, we sit down with one of the CoAuthors of the book, Dr. Megan Oltmann. She is a foot and ankle surgeon and co-owner of Foot and Ankle Associates of Cleveland, Ohio. In this episode she shares how she addresses gender bias and her story of overcoming a painful autoimmune disease while trying something new each year to stay active.
