Dr. Sarah Rosanel is one of the 2022 Women in White Coats Hero Nominees. She is a graduate of Yeshiva University Stern College and currently teaches there as an Associate Professor of Biology teaching Biology of Women’s health. She is finishing up her Cardiology Fellowship and is joining the ACC women in cardiology (WIC) leadership council as one of the 16 members. Throughout her cardiology training as a fellow, she became the Fellow in Training (FIT) Representative and joined the FIT Chapter Reps Network. Her passion for Women’s right and equality drew her to the NYACC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force as a member. She is an active member of the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. She has written numerous articles on multiple topics, has given hundreds of local and national lectures and has served as an editor/reviewer for several scientific journals.
